1. What documents you are required for applying Vietnam visa online?

You are not required to send us any documents for applying online. You just need to finish your online application by filling your personal information quoted in your passport that is required by Vietnam Immigration Department. And you have to ensure that your passport must be valid at least 6 months and has blank pages.

2. What is the fee to get Vietnam visa on arrival?

You need to pay two kinds of fees if you use online service:

- Service fee: This fee is paid directly to us for all the procedures to get a visa approval letter. It can be paid by Credit/Debit card via Paypal/Onepay or via Western Union.

- Stamping fee: This fee is paid at Vietnam airport checking point to get the visa stamped. It is in cash in US dollar.

3. Can I use visa on arrival if I travel by road to Vietnam?

No, you cannot use it since this kind of visa is applied for those who travel by air to Vietnam. In case you travel by road, you are suggested to apply for visa at Vietnam Embassy.

4. How long does it take to get a Vietnam visa approval letter?

- Normally, after you finish to submit your visa application and make your payment to our service the visa approval letter will be available at our website or via your email within 2 working days (normal service), 1 working day (urgent service), or 4 working hours (super urgent service ).

5. How much is stamping fee at Vietnam airports?

- You pay stamping fee in cash to Vietnam Immigration Officers to get your visa stamp with 25 USD (single entry visa) or 50 USD (multiple entry visa).
